Jennifer Edwards Biography
Jennifer Edwards (born March 25, 1957) is an American actress. She gained national recognition for her role in the 1968 NBC made-for-television movie Heidi. Edwards is best known for her role in the NBC movie Heidi, which famously interrupted the conclusion of the New York Jets vs. Oakland Raiders game, now referred to as The Heidi Bowl. In addition to her acting career, she co-wrote the 1988 television movie Justin Case with her father, filmmaker Blake Edwards. Jennifer Edwards is the daughter of Patricia Walker and filmmaker Blake Edwards, and her stepmother is actress Julie Andrews. She has two daughters, Kayti (b. 1976) and Hannah (b. 1993).
