Jennifer Grey

Jennifer Grey is an American actress born on March 26, 1960. She gained recognition in the film industry with her debut in 'Reckless' (1984) and achieved a breakthrough role in the teen comedy 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' (1986). However, it was her portrayal of Frances 'Baby' Houseman in the romantic drama 'Dirty Dancing' (1987) that brought her worldwide fame and a Golden Globe Award nomination. Throughout her career, Grey has appeared in various feature films including 'Red Dawn' (1984), 'The Cotton Club' (1984), 'Bloodhounds of Broadway' (1989), 'Bounce' (2000), 'Redbelt' (2008), 'The Wind Rises' (2013), 'In Your Eyes' (2014), 'Duck Duck Goose' (2018), and 'Bittersweet Symphony' (2019). She has also showcased her talent in television with notable appearances in made-for-TV films like 'Murder in Mississippi' (1990), 'Criminal Justice' (1990), and 'If the Shoe Fits' (1990). Grey won season eleven of the dancing competition series 'Dancing with the Stars' (2010) and portrayed herself in the series 'It's Like, You Know...' (1999–2001).
