Jenny Gago Biography
Jenny Gago (born September 11, 1953) is a Peruvian-American actress known for her roles in various television shows. She gained recognition for portraying Maria in Knots Landing (1984-1986), Maria in My Family (1995), Anaya in The Agency (2002-2003), and Det. Ochoa in Southland (2011). Gago was born in Peru and later moved to the United States. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Arts from UCLA and received training at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute on a scholarship. Throughout her career, she has made guest appearances in numerous television series, including MacGyver, Alien Nation, Falcon Crest, and The Closer. Gago also had recurring roles on General Hospital, The Agency, Southland, and Freddie. She has appeared in the Alien Nation franchise as Detective Beatrice Zapeda.
