Jere Burns

Jere Eugene Burns II (born October 15, 1954) is an American actor known for his appearances in theatre productions and on television. He gained recognition for his role as ladies' man Kirk Morris on the television series Dear John and as DIA psychiatrist Anson Fullerton on Burn Notice. Additionally, he played Jack on the sitcom Something So Right and Wynn Duffy, a middle-man for the Dixie Mafia, on Justified. Born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Burns discovered his passion for acting while in college. He has appeared on Broadway in shows like Hairspray and After the Night and the Music. Burns made his television debut in 1984 and has since appeared in numerous TV shows and films.
