Jeremy Allen White

Jeremy Allen White (born February 17, 1991) is an American actor known for his roles in various television series and films. He gained recognition for his portrayal of Lip Gallagher in the Showtime comedy-drama series Shameless (2011–2021). White also appeared as chef Carmen 'Carmy' Berzatto in the Hulu comedy-drama series The Bear (2022–). He received critical acclaim for his performance, earning a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, as well as winning a Golden Globe Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, and a Critics' Choice Television Award. Additionally, White has appeared in the Amazon Prime Video series Homecoming (2018) and films such as Afterschool (2008), Twelve (2010), Bad Turn Worse (2013), After Everything (2018), The Rental (2020), and Fremont (2023).
