Jerry Stiller

Jerry Stiller (1927–2020) was an American comedian and actor. He gained popularity as part of the comedy duo Stiller and Meara, alongside his wife Anne Meara. Stiller enjoyed a late-career resurgence in the 1990s, playing the role of Frank Costanza, George Costanza's father, on the sitcom Seinfeld, which earned him an Emmy nomination. He then went on to portray the eccentric Arthur Spooner on the CBS comedy series The King of Queens. Stiller collaborated with his son Ben Stiller in several films, including Zoolander and The Heartbreak Kid. Known for his grumpy and eccentric characters, Stiller's comedic talent left a lasting impact on both film and television.
