Jesse Borrego is an American actor born on August 1, 1962, in San Antonio, Texas. He is best known for his roles in popular movies and TV shows such as Blood In Blood Out, Fame, 24, and Dexter. Jesse is the second oldest of five children and grew up in a musically talented family, with his father being an accordion player and singer. He showed an interest in performing arts from a young age and often danced with his sister in dance contests. After graduating from Harlandale High School, Jesse pursued a career in acting and studied theater and dance at the University of the Incarnate Word and The California Institute of the Arts. He earned a degree in Performance in 1984.
