Jesse D. Goins

Jesse D. Goins is an American film and television character actor. He is best known for his role as Cyler Johnson in the 1980s television series The Greatest American Hero. Goins has had a notable career in the film industry, with roles in movies such as Up the Creek (1984) and the iconic RoboCop (1987) as Joe Cox. He also appeared in the 2009 movie The Ugly Truth.
