Jesse Noah Gruman

Jesse Noah Gruman is a Canadian actor born on August 29, 2005. He gained recognition for his roles in The Kid Detective and as young Harold Jenkins in the Netflix original series, The Umbrella Academy. Gruman made his theatrical debut in The Song of Names and received a nomination for Outstanding Lead Performance at the 2018 META awards for his role in The Hockey Sweater: A Musical. He won Best Leading Actor at the BroadwayWorld awards for the same production. Gruman, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, began his artistic journey through violin and dance. He played the lead role of Roch in the world premiere of The Hockey Sweater: A Musical at the Segal Centre for Performing Arts.
