She has appeared on shows such as The Showbiz Show with David Spade, VH1's Best Week Ever, and Comedy Central's Premium Blend, where she showcased her stand-up comedy skills. Klein has also provided commentary for CNN during the debates of the 2004 presidential election. As a self-proclaimed 'geek', she has made television appearances on VH1's My Coolest Years: Geeks and E!'s Rise of the Geeks. Klein's voice talent can be heard in Adult Swim's animated pilot, Lucy, the Daughter of the Devil. She has worked as a director of development for Comedy Central and was involved in the development of shows like Chappelle's Show and Stella.
