Jessica Elise De Gouw (born 15 February 1988) is an Australian actress known for her roles in various television series. She gained recognition for portraying Helena Bertinelli/The Huntress in the popular show Arrow, and Mina Murray in the NBC TV series Dracula. De Gouw also played Elizabeth Hawkes in the WGN series Underground. Growing up in Lesmurdie, Perth, Western Australia, she attended Lesmurdie Senior High School before graduating from Curtin University with a degree in performance studies. After moving to Sydney, she appeared in several TV series, primarily in guest roles. In 2012, De Gouw made her film debut in Kath & Kimderella before relocating to Los Angeles and joining Arrow's cast in a recurring role.
