Jessica Gao

Jessica Gao (born January 2, 1984) is an American television writer and producer of Chinese descent. She gained recognition as the creator and head writer of the TV series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. Gao's notable work includes writing the popular episode 'Pickle Rick' for the third season of Rick and Morty. She has also contributed to shows such as Silicon Valley, Robot Chicken, The Mighty B!, Back at the Barnyard, Star Wars: Detours, and Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness. Gao began her career as a writer on Nickelodeon's The Mighty B! and Back at the Barnyard, before branching out to work on shows like Big Time Rush, Robot Chicken, and Lab Rats. She has also written for HBO's Silicon Valley, Comedy Central's Corporate, and other notable projects.
