Jessica Matten

Jessica Matten is a Canadian actress and producer. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, she is of Red River Métis and Cree heritage through her mother and Eurasian on her father's side. From a young age, she assisted with her mother's First Nations modeling agency and worked in marketing before pursuing acting. Matten graduated from the University of Alberta with a science degree in Human Ecology. She gained recognition in 2018 for her appearances in the TV show Frontier and the drama series Burden of Truth. In 2020, she began starring in the APTN Network's Tribal and appeared in the horror movie The Empty Man. Matten continues to make significant contributions to the entertainment industry.
