Jessica McCabe

Jessica Lauren McCabe (born 1983) is an American actress, writer, and YouTube personality. She is best known as the host for the YouTube channel How to ADHD and has appeared in several independent films and television shows. Born in Los Angeles, California, McCabe was diagnosed with ADHD at age 12 and began taking medication. She struggled with completing community college and dropped out at 21. McCabe's on-screen career started with a guest role on the new Dragnet and she went on to appear in independent films such as Scorched. She also had notable roles in American Dreams and the NBC drama Windfall. McCabe's independent short film Lure was featured at the Tribeca Film Festival and London Film Festival.
