Jessica Pressler

Jessica Pressler (born 1977/78) is an American journalist and contributing editor at New York magazine. She gained recognition for her notable articles such as "The Hustlers at Scores" in 2015, which was nominated for a National Magazine Award. This article was later adapted into the 2019 feature film titled Hustlers. Pressler also wrote a story about Anna Sorokin, which inspired the Netflix mini-series Inventing Anna released in 2022. Prior to her work at New York, she served as a staff writer at Philadelphia magazine and contributed to various celebrity magazines. Pressler has focused on writing about the culture of wealth and money, conducting interviews with prominent Wall Street figures like Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein and AIG CEO Robert Benmosche.
