Jessica Walter

Jessica Walter (January 31, 1941 – March 24, 2021) was an American actress known for her extensive work in film, stage, and television. With over 170 credits to her name, Walter made a lasting impact in the entertainment industry. Notably, she portrayed a psychotic and obsessed fan in the 1971 Clint Eastwood film, Play Misty for Me. Her television roles included Lucille Bluth on the sitcom Arrested Development (2003–06, 2013–19) and providing the voice of Malory Archer on the animated series Archer (2009–21). Walter's talent earned her several accolades, including a Primetime Emmy Award and nominations for Golden Globe Awards and Screen Actors Guild Awards. Her remarkable performance opposite Eastwood garnered a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Drama.
