Jill Frappier Biography
Jill Frappier is a British-Canadian voice actress known for her work in various animated shows. Born in Romsey, England, she moved to Canada in 1967 where she met her first husband, Roger Frappier. Frappier gained recognition for voicing Luna in the DiC/Cloverway/Optimum Productions dubs of Sailor Moon, as well as the title character in Keroppi and Friends, Mrs. Prysselius in Pippi Longstocking, and Aunty in Pecola. In addition to her voice acting career, she has made on-camera appearances in television shows and movies such as Wind at My Back, Friday the 13th: The Series, and The Twilight Zone. She is also known for narrating the documentary series Imperfect Union: Canadian Labour.
