Jim Mahoney

Jim Mahoney is a former Major League Baseball shortstop who played for the Philadelphia Phillies, Boston Red Sox, Washington Senators, Cleveland Indians, and Houston Astros. Born on May 26, 1934, in Englewood, New Jersey, Mahoney stood 6 ft tall and weighed 175 lb during his active career. He was known for being the first player to appear as a pinch runner in modern Washington Senators history.
