Jim O'Doherty

Jim O'Doherty (born 1959) is an American television producer, writer, and actor. He is best known for his work on the sitcoms Grounded for Life and 3rd Rock from the Sun, for which he received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination. O'Doherty has also worked on other TV shows like Out of the Blue, The Tracy Morgan Show, and Brothers, collaborating with producer and writer David M. Israel. He is credited as the creator of the sitcoms Kickin' It and How to Rock. In addition to his behind-the-scenes work, O'Doherty has had small acting roles in Married... with Children, That '70s Show, and Kickin' It, among others.
