Jim Parrack (born February 8, 1981) is an American actor known for his role as Hoyt Fortenberry in the HBO series True Blood. He has also appeared in the films Battle: Los Angeles and the 2014 Broadway production of Of Mice and Men. In 2020, Parrack began starring in the Fox drama 9-1-1: Lone Star. Born on February 8, 1981, in Allen, Texas, Parrack attended Allen High School before moving to Los Angeles in 2001 to study acting at The Stella Adler Academy and Playhouse West. He made his screen debut in the 2006 film Annapolis and has since appeared in various television shows as well as a prominent role in True Blood.
