Jimmy Vee
James Vee, born on February 3, 1959, is a Scottish actor, puppeteer, and stunt performer. He gained recognition for his roles as various monsters and aliens in Doctor Who, including Bannakaffalatta in the 2007 Christmas special Voyage of the Damned and the Graske in the spin-off series The Sarah Jane Adventures. Vee is also known for his portrayal of R2-D2 in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, taking over the role from Kenny Baker after his passing. He began his career as a stunt double and performer, working on films like Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Vee also starred as Cheeky the dwarf in the King's Theatre adaptation of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in Glasgow.
