Jo Koy, born Joseph Glenn Herbert Sr. on June 2, 1971, is an American stand-up comedian and actor. He gained popularity as a frequent panelist on E!'s late night show Chelsea Lately. Koy has showcased his comedic talent through various Comedy Central and Netflix specials. Born to a white American father and a Filipina mother, Koy's family moved from Spanaway, Washington, to Tacoma, Washington, and then settled in Las Vegas.
