Joan Banks (October 30, 1918 – January 18, 1998) was an American actress known for her work in film, television, stage, and radio. She frequently appeared in dramas alongside her husband, Frank Lovejoy. Banks began her career on radio at the age of 18, appearing on shows such as Walter O'Keefe and Stoopnagle and Budd. In Hollywood, she started with small roles in films like Cry Danger (1951) and Washington Story (1952), eventually establishing herself as a supporting actress in the 1950s and early 1960s. Notable appearances include My Pal Gus. Banks also co-starred with her husband in an episode of Meet McGraw in 1958. She passed away in 1998.
