Jodie Comer

Jodie Comer is an English actress, born on March 11, 1993, in Liverpool. She began her career in 2008 with a role in the TV series The Royal Today. Comer gained recognition for her performances in My Mad Fat Diary (2013–2015) and Doctor Foster (2015–2017). She further impressed audiences with her role in the drama miniseries Thirteen (2016). From 2018 to 2022, Comer captivated viewers as the psychopathic assassin Villanelle in the BBC America series Killing Eve, earning a British Academy Television Award and a Primetime Emmy Award. Her talent extended to films with starring roles in Free Guy and The Last Duel (both 2021). Comer made her West End theatre debut in Prima Facie (2022), receiving an Evening Standard Theatre Award and a Laurence Olivier Award.
