Joe Sasto

Joe Sasto, also known as 'Mustache Joe', is an American chef and television personality. He gained recognition as a competitor on various reality cooking competitions, including the popular television series Top Chef. With his distinctive handlebar mustache, Sasto has become a beloved figure in the culinary world. He honed his skills by working at renowned restaurants such as RN74 and Cotogna in San Francisco, under the guidance of esteemed chefs like Jason Berthold and Michael Tusk. Sasto also showcased his expertise as an executive chef at Cal Mare restaurant in Los Angeles. In addition to his culinary career, he has shared his knowledge by teaching cooking classes online. Sasto is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, where he earned a B.A. degree in communications.
