Joey Heatherton, born Davenie Johanna Heatherton on September 14, 1944, is an American actress, dancer, and singer. She gained fame as a sex symbol of the 1960s and 1970s, known for her numerous television appearances. Often seen as a variety show performer, she also took on acting roles. Throughout her career, she entertained troops on USO tours alongside Bob Hope and starred in notable films like My Blood Runs Cold (1965) and The Happy Hooker Goes to Washington (1977). Born and raised in New York City, Heatherton's father, Ray Heatherton, was a Broadway star and television pioneer, while her mother was a dancer.
