John Brotherton is an American actor, born on August 21, 1980, in Ellensburg, Washington. He gained recognition for his role as Matt Harmon in Netflix's Fuller House, a sequel series to Full House. Brotherton has appeared in various films including Furious 7 (2015) and The Conjuring. He also portrayed Jared Banks on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. Raised in Portland, Oregon, Brotherton attended Whitford Junior High School and Beaverton High School. He graduated from Beaverton High School in 1998 and attended Oregon State University. Brotherton began acting at a young age and has since become a notable figure in the entertainment industry.
