John Davis Chandler Biography
John Davis Chandler (January 28, 1935 – February 16, 2010) was an American actor known for his roles in various films and television shows. Born in Hinton, West Virginia, Chandler began his acting career in the 1960s and continued to work in the industry until the 1990s. He appeared in notable films such as Mad Dog Coll (1961) and The Young Savages (1961), where he portrayed the gangster Vincent Coll and a teenage killer, respectively. Chandler also appeared in several Western films directed by Sam Peckinpah, along with numerous television shows including The Rifleman, Columbo, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He passed away at the age of 75 in Toluca Lake, California from cancer.
