John Francis Daley Biography
John Francis Daley (born July 20, 1985) is an American actor, filmmaker, and musician. He gained recognition for his role as Sam Weir in the NBC comedy-drama Freaks and Geeks and as Dr. Lance Sweets on the crime drama series Bones, earning a nomination for a 2014 PRISM Award. Daley is also a talented musician, playing keyboards and singing for the band Dayplayer. He has collaborated with writer and director Jonathan Goldstein on several projects, including co-writing the comedy Horrible Bosses (2011) and co-directing the fifth film in the National Lampoon's Vacation series, Vacation (2015). Daley and Goldstein also co-wrote Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) and co-directed the 2018 comedy Game Night.
