John Lydon

John Lydon, born on January 31, 1956, is an English singer and songwriter. He is best known for his role as the lead vocalist of the punk rock band, the Sex Pistols, from 1975 to 1978, and for his work with the post-punk band, Public Image Ltd (PiL), which he founded and fronted from 1978 to 1993, and again since 2009.
