Johnny Dowers Biography
John Wayne Dowers, known as Johnny Dowers, is an American actor, writer, and musician. He was born on March 16, 1971, in DeQuincy, Louisiana. Dowers gained recognition for his portrayal of Detective Tim Cooper on the FX drama series, The Bridge. In addition to his acting career, Dowers has showcased his writing talents as a co-writer and star of the 2010 comedy film, Pickin' & Grinnin'. He also made an appearance as Ray James II, a pimp in Charlie's therapy group, on the TV show Anger Management in 2013.
