Jolene Purdy

Jolene Purdy is an American actress known for her roles in both film and television. She gained recognition for her portrayal of Cherita Chen in the 2001 film Donnie Darko. Purdy has appeared in various television shows including the Fox sitcom Do Not Disturb and the ABC Family comedy series 10 Things I Hate About You, where she played the character Mandella. She has also made guest appearances on Judging Amy and Boston Public. Purdy is well-known for her role as Piper Katins on the TeenNick drama series Gigantic. Additionally, she has had recurring roles in the popular Netflix drama series Orange Is The New Black and Marvel's WandaVision. Born to a Japanese American mother and a White and Jewish father, Purdy is of Yonsei descent. She currently resides in Southern California with her husband Chuck and their daughter.
