Jon Bass

Jon Bass is an English former professional footballer. He began his career as a trainee with Birmingham City in 1994 and played as a right-back. Bass made appearances for Birmingham City, including in the League Cup semi-final against Leeds United in 1996. However, he lost his place in the team and had sporadic appearances over the next few years. Bass also had a loan spell at Gillingham in 2000. After leaving Birmingham City, he had stints at Hartlepool United, Pahang FA in Malaysia, and Bristol Rovers. Bass retired from professional football in 2006 and pursued a career as a quantity surveyor in the family business.
