Jonathan Joseph Heder, born on October 26, 1977, is an American actor. He gained recognition for his portrayal of the title character in the 2004 comedy film Napoleon Dynamite. Heder has appeared in various movies including Just Like Heaven, The Benchwarmers, School for Scoundrels, Blades of Glory, Mama's Boy, When in Rome, and Walt Before Mickey where he played the role of Roy Disney. He has also lent his voice to animated films such as Monster House, Surf's Up, and Pinocchio, as well as the Napoleon Dynamite animated series. Heder was born in Fort Collins, Colorado, and later moved to Salem, Oregon with his family. He attended South Salem High School and graduated in 1996.
