Jonathan Coy (born April 24, 1953) is a British actor known for his extensive work in television. He began his career in 1975 and has appeared in notable TV shows such as Rumpole of the Bailey, where he portrayed the character Henry, and Hornblower, where he played Bracegirdle. Coy also had a role as Kurt in the British mini-series Brideshead Revisited and as Colin Grove in The Sandbaggers. He has performed on stage as well, including playing Lloyd in the play Noises Off in 2008 and Leonato in Much Ado About Nothing in 2011. Coy's talent extends to film, with appearances in the BBC series Foyle's War and Hetty Wainthropp Investigates.
