He has appeared in Law & Order: SVU, Crossing Jordan, Criminal Minds, Six Feet Under, Medium, Hidden Hills, ER, and Without a Trace. In 2006, Garrett auditioned for the lead role in the movie Saving Shiloh, but was cast in a supporting role instead. He has also appeared in films such as Death Sentence and The Least of These. Garrett's television credits also include Thank You for Smoking, Totally Baked: A Pot-U-Mentary, and CSI: Miami.
