Josh Hutcherson Biography
Joshua Ryan Hutcherson (born October 12, 1992) is an American actor and producer. He began his acting career in the early 2000s, appearing in commercials and minor film and television roles. Hutcherson gained recognition for his first major role in the pilot episode of House Blend (2002). He went on to star in films such as Miracle Dogs (2003), The Polar Express (2004), and Howl's Moving Castle (2005). Other notable early film appearances include Little Manhattan, Zathura: A Space Adventure (both 2005), RV (2006), Bridge to Terabithia (2007), Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008), and The Kids Are All Right (2010). Hutcherson achieved worldwide fame as Peeta Mellark in The Hunger Games film series (2012-2015) and also starred in Journey 2: The Mysterious Island (2012).
