Josie Maran, born on May 8, 1978, in Menlo Park, California, is an American model, actress, and entrepreneur. Maran is of Russian Jewish descent and was raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She attended Castilleja School in Palo Alto, California. At a young age, Maran was scouted for modeling and signed with Elite modeling agency at the age of 17. She made her debut on the cover of Glamour magazine in 1998. Maran has also ventured into acting, appearing in various movies and TV shows. In addition to her modeling and acting career, she is an entrepreneur and has her own beauty product line.
