Joy Philbin, born Bette Joy Senese on February 1, 1941, is an American television personality. She is best known for being the widow of television personality Regis Philbin. In the late 1960s, Philbin worked as an assistant to comedian and talk show host Joey Bishop, where she met Regis Philbin, who was Bishop's on-air sidekick. Over the years, Philbin hosted shows such as HGTV's At Home With... and the syndicated home show, Haven. She occasionally co-hosted with her husband on his popular show, Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, and later on Live with Regis and Kelly. Joy Philbin also made guest appearances on Ripa's situation-comedy television series, Hope & Faith. She married Regis Philbin on March 1, 1970, and they had two daughters together.
