Joyce Ebert (June 26, 1933 – August 28, 1997) was an American actress known for her work at the Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut. With over 80 productions, she portrayed both leading and supporting roles. Ebert also appeared in films and on television. She began her career as an opera singer and graduated from the drama school at Carnegie Mellon University. In 1959, she won the San Diego Shakespeare Festival's Atlas Award and in 1964, she received the Clarence Derwent Award and the Obie Award for her performance in The Trojan Women. Ebert made her off-Broadway debut in 1961 and was nominated for a Drama Desk Award in 1977.
