Juani Feliz

Juani Feliz is a Dominican-American actress known for her roles in various television series. She was born on January 3, 1989, in the Dominican Republic and was raised in the Bronx. Feliz began her acting career at the age of 14, appearing in her first school play. At 15, she landed her first TV role on Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Despite her early success, Feliz took a break from acting to study biomedical engineering at Harvard University. After graduating, she worked at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, contributing to a clinical trial for a melanoma cancer vaccine and assisting in the development of biomaterials and drug delivery systems. Feliz eventually returned to acting and gained recognition for her roles as Isabela Benitez-Santiago in Harlem, Carmen in DMZ, and Alejandra Lopez in Fleishman Is In Trouble.
