Judah Friedlander (born March 16, 1969) is an American actor and comedian. He gained recognition for his role as writer Frank Rossitano on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock. Friedlander also received critical acclaim and a nomination for best supporting actor at the 2004 Independent Spirit Awards for his role as Toby Radloff in the film American Splendor. He is famously known for his distinctive look, including oversized glasses, shaggy hair, and a t-shirt and trucker hat with slogans like 'world champion.' Friedlander was featured as 'the hug guy' in the 2001 Dave Matthews Band music video 'Everyday.' Born in Gaithersburg, Maryland, he is of Russian Jewish descent.
