Judy Marte

Judy Marte is an American actress known for her roles in films such as Raising Victor Vargas and On the Outs. She gained recognition for her role as rookie officer Tonya Sanchez in the CBS drama NYC 22 and as Wanda in the Netflix original series The Get Down. Marte began her acting career at the age of 15 when she auditioned for the short film Five Feet High and Rising, which later became Raising Victor Vargas. Her performances in these films earned her Independent Spirit Award nominations for Best Debut Performance and Best Female Lead. Marte has also appeared in other films such as Maria My Love and The Mortician, as well as guest starring roles on television shows like CSI: Miami and Law & Order.
