Judy Strangis is an American actress known for her roles in the ABC television series Room 222 (1969–1974) and Electra Woman and Dyna Girl (1976–1977). Born and raised in California, she attended University High School in West Los Angeles. Strangis comes from a family with a strong background in the entertainment industry, with her brother Sam being a director, producer, and studio executive, and her cousin Greg being a television writer. Her aunt is singer Helen Grayco and her sister Linda, also known as Cindy Malone, was a singer and actress. Strangis began her acting career at the age of seven and went on to appear in various television shows for nearly three decades. In Room 222, she portrayed high school student Helen Loomis for four years, and in Electra Woman and Dyna Girl, she played the sidekick superheroine DynaGirl alongside Deidre Hall.
