JuJu Chan Szeto, also known as JuJu Chan, is a Hong Kong-born American actress, martial artist, singer, and writer. Chan began her journey into martial arts at a young age and continued to pursue her passion into adulthood. After completing her master's degree from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, she entered the film industry. Her breakout role came as Silver Dart Shi in Netflix's 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny' (2016). Chan gained further recognition for her portrayal of Zan in Netflix's 'Wu Assassins' (2019). Known for her martial arts skills, she is often referred to as the 'female Bruce Lee'. Born in Hong Kong, Chan moved to San Francisco at the age of three and has trained in various martial arts styles such as judo, Shotokan karate, wushu, Hung Ga, Wing Chun, ITF Taekwondo, nunchaku, and muay Thai.
