    Julia Ioffe (born October 18, 1982) is a Russian-born American journalist. She has contributed articles to publications such as The Washington Post, The New York Times, The New Yorker, Foreign Policy, Forbes, Bloomberg Businessweek, The New Republic, Politico, and The Atlantic. With expertise in Russia, Ioffe has made appearances on television programs on MSNBC, CBS, PBS, and other news channels. Currently, she serves as the Washington correspondent for the website Puck. Born in Moscow, Ioffe immigrated to the United States with her family in 1990 and grew up in Columbia, Maryland. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Soviet history in 2005.
