Juliana Harkavy

Juliana Harkavy (born January 1, 1985) is an American actress known for her roles in movies and TV shows. She portrayed Rebecca in Dolphin Tale, Jessie in To Write Love on her Arms, and Alisha in The Walking Dead. Harkavy starred in the horror film Last Shift and reprised her role as Rebecca in Dolphin Tale 2. She gained recognition as Dinah Drake / Black Canary on The CW's Arrow. Born in New York City, Harkavy is the daughter of Berta Carela, a Dominican immigrant, and Michael Harkavy, a former Senior Vice President at Warner Bros. She began her acting career at the age of 10 and trained at the Young Actors Space in California.
