Juliet Mills is a British-American actress who began her career as a child actress and gained recognition for her stage performance in Five Finger Exercise, earning her a Tony Award nomination at the young age of 18. She has appeared in various films and television shows, most notably as the lead role in the sitcom Nanny and the Professor in the early 1970s, which earned her Golden Globe Award nominations. Mills also won an Emmy Award for her performance in the television miniseries QB VII. In addition to her acting career, Mills has been part of The Mirror Theater Ltd's Mirror Repertory Company and had a role on the daytime drama series Passions. Born on 21 November 1941 in London, she comes from a family of actors including her father, Sir John Mills.
