Justin Baldoni

Justin Baldoni is an American actor and filmmaker best known for his role as Rafael Solano on the CW series Jane the Virgin. He was born on January 24, 1984, in Los Angeles, California, and was raised in Medford, Oregon. Baldoni's parents, Sharon and Sam Baldoni, joined the Baháʼí Faith, which he practices devoutly. He began his career in acting after meeting a manager while moving into a new apartment building in Los Angeles. Baldoni has also directed films such as Five Feet Apart (2019) and Clouds (2020). He is of Italian descent on his father's side and his mother comes from a Jewish family.
