Justin Hires Biography
Justin Hires (born June 24, 1985) is an American actor and stand-up comedian. He is best known for his role as Detective James Carter in the CBS television series Rush Hour, as well as his portrayal of Juario in 21 Jump Street and Wilt Bozer in the 2016 reboot series of MacGyver. Hires was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. He attended Gibbs High School before graduating from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Hires has also appeared in minor roles in the feature films Stomp the Yard and The Gospel. Additionally, he gained popularity through his work on the Vine platform.
